R. Meredith Elkins, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychologist. Mom. Author of Parenting Anxiety.
Harvard Medical School faculty. Champion for resilient kids and confident parents.

I’m Dr. Meredith Elkins, a clinical psychologist who helps kids, teens, and parents break the cycle of anxiety and build resilience. I co-lead the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program at McLean Hospital and am faculty at Harvard Medical School, but some of my most meaningful work comes from supporting families as they navigate big feelings. My approach blends science-backed strategies with compassion, making it easier for parents to feel confident and for kids to grow braver every day.
